Key Responsibilities Provide support and direction for daily operations of the appeals function Monitor team output for compliance and identify training and process improvement needs Serve as the point of contact for issues arising from members, providers, and internal teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2+ years of grievance and appeals experience in a Healthcare or Managed Care setting Preferred experience in claims and prior leadership roles
