Lead Operational Risk Associate
A company is looking for a Lead Operational Risk Associate (Remote). Key Responsibilities Support implementation of Operational Risk Framework across multiple risk disciplines Independently oversee and consult on business strategies and initiatives while identifying and assessing related risks Develop risk profiles and metrics for key non-technical risks and review front line risk management practices Qualifications/Education 7-10 years' experience in Audit, Operational Risk Management, or Control & Governance Experience in risk and/or compliance is a plus Strong understanding of financial services and the 3-lines of defense model Bachelor's degree in a business major or 5+ years of relevant risk, control, or audit experience Insurance industry experience preferred
