Key Responsibilities Lead backend QA/Testing initiatives, ensuring quality across services, APIs, and database layers Define and create test cases based on acceptance criteria and best practices, and write automated tests for integration, API, and UI Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the long-term vision and strategy for QA and Test Automation Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Engineering Proficiency in Javascript Experience in writing test plans and test cases Familiarity with APM tools such as DataDog or New Relic Experience with testing Artificial Intelligence LLMs is a plus
