Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day activities of the revenue cycle process and ensure operational flow Assist in training, setting department standards, and conducting staff meetings Resolve discrepancies, improve accuracy, and prepare reports for various departments Required Qualifications High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred Two years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, billing, or insurance services Experience managing tasks in a Medicare certified HME or healthcare environment Strong analytical skills and ability to co-manage in a multi-site environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
