Lead Service Manager
A company is looking for a Lead Service Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Define, monitor, and report on SLA/SLO for critical IT services, ensuring adherence and driving initiatives to meet targets
Collaborate with IT Operations and DevOps teams to ensure seamless service transitions and effective incident management
Develop and implement best practices for service management processes, leveraging ITIL frameworks in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive IT experience
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and modern application architectures
Experience with ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and other IT best practices
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Proficiency in service management tools such as Jira Service Management and OpsGenie
