Lead Technical Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Lead, Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line customer support via email, screen sharing, and phone calls
Engage as a subject matter expert and assist customers with complex environments in Skytap
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Windows Desktop/Server and/or Linux Operating Systems
Strong background in VMware or other virtualization technologies
Experience with IBM Power Systems is a plus
Ability to debug customer problems at the Linux and Windows admin levels
Experience in post-sales or customer support roles is preferred
