Lead Technology Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Construction Technology Analyst to support engineering technologies in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for engineering platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore Manage and resolve support tickets in a high-volume environment using a structured ticketing system Lead small tech design and improvement projects, including the rollout and configuration of Stratus Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience supporting Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production environment Working knowledge of the Status tool for tracking technology deployments, configurations, and documentation Experience working in mechanical construction, operations, or fabrication workflows Ability to lead implementation and improvement efforts for engineering software tools Familiarity with Procore, Revit, or CADMEP is a plus
