A company is looking for a Leader Development Senior Manager to shape the future of leaders within the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a leader development framework aligning with core values and objectives Collaborate with organizational leaders to integrate leader development practices and resources Oversee leadership development events and evaluate their effectiveness Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5 years of ministry experience, with missions familiarity preferred Training and/or certification in Lead-Develop-Care framework preferred Training and/or certification in Coaching preferred Understanding and adherence to the organization's Statement of Faith and values
