A company is looking for a Director, Leadership Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of the EO Training framework and organizational training standards
Collaborate on leadership content development and manage the Learning Management System for effective training delivery
Lead the implementation of the Leadership Quotient Change Project to evaluate leadership skills and capabilities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in training framework design and implementation
Strong leadership skills and understanding of learning theories and organizational behavior
Proven track record in training strategy execution within an international organization
Experience with Learning Management Systems and managing diverse stakeholders
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
