Key Responsibilities
Design and manage engaging training programs for diverse audiences, utilizing instructional design principles
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver leadership programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial success
Evaluate program effectiveness and implement process improvements based on market trends and participant feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's degree preferred
8 - 10 years of related work experience, with 1 - 3 years in program management
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with rapid development tools is a plus
Proven expertise in managing complex projects and adapting to change
