Lease Administration Analyst

A company is looking for a Lease Admin Analyst to conduct reconciliations and ensure compliance with lease terms. Key Responsibilities Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements to verify charges Perform audits for lease administration clients and prepare reports of findings Assist with CAM reconciliations and review contracts to identify fees Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems Experience with analyzing information and making judgments In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
