Lease Administration Analyst
A company is looking for a Lease Admin Analyst to conduct reconciliations for clients and ensure compliance with lease terms.
Key Responsibilities
Compare operating expense and tax reconciliation statements to verify expenses charged to clients
Perform audits for lease administration clients and recommend actions for recovery
Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges are recorded
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
Experience analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
