Payroll Senior Manager

A company is looking for a Payroll Senior Manager to oversee the payroll function and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage and ensure timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly payroll, including salaries, benefits, and deductions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and complete required filings Identify and recommend improvements to payroll processes and assist with employee payroll inquiries Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant payroll experience in a mid-size to large, multi-state organization Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience Strong experience with ADP WorkforceNow and proficiency in Excel, Quickbooks Online, and Google Suite Excellent numeracy and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet stringent processing deadlines
