Leave Management Manager
A company is looking for a Leave Management Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating leave policies and programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the organization's leave policies and programs Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding leave management Manage a small team of leave of absence specialists and analyze leave data for trends Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred Experience in interpreting organizational policy and federal/state FMLA regulations
