Legal Tech Analyst

A company is looking for a Legal Tech Analyst to support the development and automation of legal and compliance frameworks remotely. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document jurisdiction-specific contract-logic mappings for automation in legal and compliance systems Design and maintain compliance risk registers that align with legal obligations and internal policies Collaborate across legal, compliance, and engineering teams to embed rules into business processes and workflows Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, legal tech, compliance, or regulatory analysis Familiarity with jurisdictional contract requirements and legal rule structuring Hands-on experience developing or managing compliance risk registers or regulatory control systems Ability to transform legal documents and regulatory guidance into logical, structured formats Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Air table, Confluence, or CLM/GRC systems
