A company is looking for a Claims Service Representative who will provide outstanding administrative, claim, and customer support. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships Set reserves, make payments, and document file activity accurately Provide fair and timely claim disposition consistent with company standards Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year related experience required Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled Knowledge of claims investigation and settlement procedures Computer experience with related claims and business software
