A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E). Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision for therapists delivering CBT-E under the direction of the Senior Manager of Clinical Training Review therapy session recordings and provide live feedback to therapists Collaborate with team leaders to identify clinical supervision needs and deliver effective supervision Required Qualifications Minimum of a Master's degree in a clinical mental health field Licensed in a clinical mental health field (PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.) Minimum of 2 years of clinical supervision experience in CBT-E Demonstrated completion of advanced training in clinical supervision Minimum of 4 years experience providing CBT-E for patients with various eating disorder diagnoses
