Vulnerability Management Support Analyst
A company is looking for a VDR Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to incoming support requests through various channels
Collaborate with the development team to escalate platform issues and enhance product strategy
Conduct root cause analysis and provide technical recommendations while documenting customer issues
Required Qualifications
3 years of software product support experience
2-3 years of experience in VMS or Information Security
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field
General knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic networking principles
Experience with Vulnerability Management platforms such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid 7 is a plus
