A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel. Key Responsibilities Review and negotiate commercial and government contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives Provide support for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborate with various teams on client and vendor agreements Maintain agreement forms, negotiation guides, and support senior leadership with ad hoc projects Required Qualifications Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction JD from a leading law school with 10-12+ years of in-house business contracting experience Knowledge of ERISA welfare benefit plans, HSA, and privacy regulations Experience negotiating procurement agreements with public sector clients is preferred Understanding of information security technologies and their implications for legal compliance
