A company is looking for a Senior Therapist, Outpatient. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative supervision to outpatient therapists and associate level licensed professionals Implement and monitor systems to ensure effective completion of clinical and administrative duties by assigned therapists Conduct individual, group, and family therapy while maintaining compliance with necessary medical records and guidelines Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's degree in Human Services or related field Valid driver's license Licensure as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT Experience in clinical supervision and counseling/therapy Knowledge of DSM 5/ICD10 nomenclature and therapeutic techniques
