Director of Sales Development
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development to lead multiple teams of SDRs in creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, mentor, and develop SDR Managers and SDRs, including recruiting and training new members
Set and execute new business pipeline strategies and manage KPIs for the sales development organization
Establish strong relationships with sales leadership and ensure SDRs have the necessary tools for efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a second line leadership role overseeing Sales Development teams in the SaaS space
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS
Strong foundation in SDR processes and KPIs
Proven success in exceeding targets and managing performance
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
