Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant documentation Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants to support recruiting staff Prepare reports on new hire metrics and assist in the coordination of recruiting activities and events Required Qualifications High School degree/GED 1 year of experience in the HR field 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
