A company is looking for a National Director of Community Engagement in the nonprofit child welfare sector. Key Responsibilities Support the evolution and expansion of post-adoption programming and serve as a liaison between staff Lead and facilitate Lived Expertise Teams to ensure community engagement in service design Manage relationships with national organizations and oversee project funds and reports Required Qualifications Master's degree in social work, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field Minimum of 10 years of public child welfare experience Licensed Social Worker or similar credentials required National experience is highly desired Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
