A company is looking for a Licensed Telesales Agent who will engage with prospective members and assist with their healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities Support inbound and outbound call campaigns, providing information and assistance with enrollment applications in compliance with Medicare requirements Establish rapport with prospective members, assessing their needs and offering suitable solutions to convert them into customers Assist current members in evaluating their coverage and making appropriate plan changes while meeting sales quotas and productivity goals Required Qualifications Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license with required Continuing Education Credits Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Demonstrated commitment to compliance and ethical conduct At least 3 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or teleservice is preferred
