A company is looking for an Audit Bench Supervisor who will organize and supervise a team of ROI Audit specialists. Key Responsibilities Organize daily workflow and assign tasks to Audit Bench ROI Specialists Provide real-time feedback and document performance issues for management Process medical ROI requests and maintain compliance with relevant regulations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred RHIT certification preferred At least 4 years of medical record experience, with audit experience preferred Prior supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to Protected Health Information preferred
