Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice and counseling on trademarks, copyright, domain name, and related IP rights File, organize, and maintain domestic and international trademark applications and registrations Manage trademark prosecution and enforcement strategies globally, including conducting trademark searches and enforcement research Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in the U.S. and in good standing with a state bar 10+ years of experience in trademark law, including prosecution, enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting at a top-tier law firm Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities while managing an IP team Strong experience with trademark licensing and related commercial agreements Strategic thinker with a client-focused mindset
