Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary legal advisor on corporate, healthcare regulatory, commercial, product, employment, and privacy matters Build and lead internal legal processes and policies to support risk mitigation and compliance Manage relationships with outside counsel and oversee the company's compliance program Required Qualifications 8+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in-house at a high-growth digital health or healthcare services company JD from an accredited law school; active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, particularly related to Medicaid and Medicare Expertise in FDA regulation of healthcare software and AI-enabled technologies Experience in commercial and vendor contracting, data privacy, corporate governance, and employment law
