Life/Health Account Manager
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Stop Loss - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall service experience and customer needs for existing accounts through proactive account management
Oversee the renewal process and collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to retain profitable accounts
Lead new client onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition from point of sale to contract delivery
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
Must have or acquire a Resident Life/Health license within 6 months of start date
Demonstrated ability to build productive partnerships with internal and external clients
Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
