LMS Administrator
A company is looking for a LMS Administrator/ Clinical Education Administrator to support their Clinical Education team and manage their Learning Management System. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary admin for the LMS platform, managing its functionality Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create and organize online training content Analyze course performance data and recommend improvements for learner outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 2-4 years of experience managing an LMS and/or developing eLearning content Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices Experience with Academy of Mine or similar LMS platforms is preferred Understanding of accessibility in eLearning and inclusive design
