A company is looking for a Loan Partner to manage loan officers' schedules and assist the Loan Processor. Key Responsibilities Schedule loan officer appointments and manage incoming calls Assist the Loan Processor with clerical tasks and maintain branch documentation Attend branch events and meet branch objectives related to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years' residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass required Knowledge of RESPA and mortgage lending regulations preferred Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
