A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN. Key Responsibilities Provide after-hours triage care for hospice and home health patients Utilize technology for documentation and patient management during calls Complete required charting and shift preparation as per protocols Required Qualifications MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED or critical care Must be comfortable with technology applications for documentation Must reside in a Compact US state and be legally eligible to work in the U.S
