A company is looking for a Mainframe Systems Engineer - CICS/MQ. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage MQ queue managers to ensure optimal performance Implement and maintain security protocols including SSL/TLS and RACF authentication Install, configure, and manage IBM CICS environments and troubleshoot system issues Required Qualifications Experience with MQ Administration and z/OS infrastructure Strong background in IBM CICS Systems Programming Proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting message failures Familiarity with mainframe management tools such as JCL, TSO/ISPF, and VSAM Ability to manage CICS-MQ integration for transactional messaging
