Key Responsibilities Investigate and manage complex system and application issues, coordinating with internal and external resources Monitor customer environments to proactively identify and address business-impacting issues Perform systems management for on-premises and cloud-based servers, including patch management and troubleshooting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of technical support, software installation, or engineering experience in the enterprise software industry Familiarity with database querying (SQL) and basic understanding of networking and security principles Experience with web-based products hosted on Windows-based servers Up to 10% travel within the US may be required
