Service Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Tier 1) to provide technical support in a work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to corporate clients
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products
Utilize Active Directory to reset passwords and assist with network printer configurations
Required Qualifications
Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365
Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and effective troubleshooting skills
