Manager of Change Engineering
A company is looking for a Manager, Change and Release Engineering to lead the Release Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Release Engineering team and facilitate Change Enablement meetings
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage a team focused on automation and tooling integrations
Create documentation and training resources to enhance the Change & Release Enablement framework
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in program management, release management, or IT change management
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures in a Technology setting
