Manager of Customer Insights Analytics
A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics - Customer Insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in analytics projects from scoping to delivery, solving business problems through various analytics streams
Develop customized AI/ML solutions, including NLP, to improve operational performance and customer experience
Derive insights from data, automate processes, and provide actionable recommendations for effective decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field with 2+ years of relevant analytics/data science experience
Hands-on experience in SQL/SAS/Python or similar programming languages
Proficiency in applying NLP and AI/ML techniques to analyze complex data sets
Good understanding of the USA credit business market
Ability to work remotely with minimal direction and manage tasks with competing priorities
