Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of National Alliance Managers supporting SHI across all business segments and geographies
Develop and implement a strategic plan to exceed growth expectations based on SHI's go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align with partner sales teams and execute strategic plans
Required Qualifications
Deep working knowledge of SHI's structure and go-to-market strategies
Solid relationships with SHI executives in Sales, Technical, and Partner Management
University/College degree
4 to 10 years of experience in creating innovative enterprise solutions and exceeding revenue targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or within a team
