A company is looking for a Managing Director, Front Line Controls Officer. Key Responsibilities Oversee and strengthen the First Line Unit's control environment and risk management activities Design and implement effective controls to mitigate identified risks and manage the RSCA program Prepare reports for senior management and engage with stakeholders to promote risk management practices Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field preferred 10+ years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or internal audit within the relevant industries At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with proven managerial experience Deep understanding of banking regulations and risk management frameworks Risk certifications preferred (e.g., CERP)
