Key Responsibilities
Lead digital advertising campaigns for large clients and develop strategies to maximize online fundraising and engagement
Manage department employees, conduct reviews, and contribute to their development and performance evaluations
Set best practices for ad copy, optimize digital ads, and produce professional reports and memos
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of issues related to electing Democratic candidates and advancing the progressive movement
Experience executing large-scale digital advertising programs for campaigns and causes
Deep knowledge of advertising platforms like Facebook and Google Ads
Proven experience in client management and setting strategy for clients
Experience managing and mentoring team members
