A company is looking for a Market Care Navigator. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls and other forms of communication, routing messages to appropriate care team members Support medical records management, including processing faxes and maintaining patient documents Assist with patient care coordination, including visit confirmations and insurance verification Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting 1+ year of call center experience or equivalent Certified/registered Medical Assistant preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
