Marketing Technology Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Marketing Technical Support Analyst to support their marketing team by troubleshooting and optimizing marketing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for marketing users within Salesforce, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth system performance
Assist marketing teams with best practices, guidance, and issue resolution related to Salesforce and integrated marketing tools
Support various marketing campaigns, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and alignment with MarTech processes
Qualifications & Skills:
1-2 years of experience providing Marketing Automation or Salesforce support, preferably within a marketing function
Solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, marketing automation platforms, or Salesforce Sales Cloud
Interest in marketing operations and willingness to learn about campaigns, lead management, and analytics
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively
