MarTech Issues Management Specialist
A company is looking for a MarTech Issues Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for stakeholders experiencing issues with MarTech platforms, diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 issues
Provide exceptional support to stakeholders, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of concerns
Utilize monitoring tools to identify potential issues and trends, providing regular reports on issue resolution metrics
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in economics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field preferred
3+ years of experience in a MarTech operations role
Experience with marketing technology platforms and tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, preferred
Proficiency with various marketing automation technology and strong working knowledge of Google Suite
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt workflows based on new learnings
