Key Responsibilities Manage the order fulfillment process from entry to cash collection, ensuring compliance with contractual and business requirements Communicate with field and headquarters personnel to ensure timely order management and maintain order backlog quality Collaborate with shared service teams on change order management and drive continuous process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with 5 years of experience, or High School Diploma with 15 years of experience Current or previous experience in project management, customer relations, or order management roles Basic accounting skills Proven ability to build relationships with remote colleagues and customers Able to work extended hours and weekends during peak times of the year
