Massachusetts CPA Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities Drive the preparation and completion of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and manage the related processes Research and communicate accounting positions across decentralized businesses and corporate finance teams Support the audit team and assist in performing accounting research for complex transactions Required Qualifications Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting or finance and an active CPA license 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in public accounting (Big 4 or Regional Firm) Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements Experience in developing global accounting policies and providing advisory support Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with global finance teams
