Key Responsibilities Process 1st and 2nd mortgage applications and prepare physical files for underwriting Order and follow up with vendors for necessary services such as appraisal and title Update Borrower profiles and applications, ensuring accurate documentation delivery Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in mortgage loan processing Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA products Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with updating and validating DU and LP findings
