Mechanical Drafter

A company is looking for a Mechanical Drafter to support engineering and manufacturing teams by creating and revising mechanical drawings. Key Responsibilities Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks Interpret engineering sketches and specifications to develop technical drawings Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability Required Qualifications Associate's degree in CAD, Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience using SolidWorks for 2D and 3D modeling High proficiency in SolidWorks, including assemblies and part modeling Excellent file management and project organization skills Familiarity with GD&T and industry standards such as ASME Y14.5
