Medicaid Audit Analyst
A company is looking for a Program Integrity Audit Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct performance audits and develop leads to identify fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicaid Managed Care Plans
Design and implement audit strategies, documenting findings and recommendations for compliance and process improvement
Prepare objective reports and ensure adherence to auditing standards and timelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; preference for candidates with relevant college or technical degrees
Priority consideration for candidates with Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certifications
Minimum of one year of experience conducting performance or compliance audits, preferably in state Medicaid programs
Knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
