Booking Coordinator
A company is looking for a Booking Coordinator (HHG Military Move) to manage the coordination of military household goods transfers.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate directly with agents, haulers, customers, and bases via phone or electronically
Organize workflow to meet timeframes and resolve concerns between partners and customers
Maintain records of all interactions and provide feedback on the moving process efficiency
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
1+ year operations experience, preferably in military relocation of household goods
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Knowledge of customer service principles and relevant computer applications
Proficient with basic computer skills
