Medicare Advocate
A company is looking for a SAL Advocate to serve as a member advocate and point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits and services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service and educate members about benefits and plan options
Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims in a timely manner
Document transactions and follow departmental policies to ensure efficient operations
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
1-2 years of experience with Medicare benefits preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is desirable
Data entry and general computer skills are required
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
