Key Responsibilities Drives performance in care management and quality initiatives for the member population Analyzes data to develop interventions that enhance quality of care and outcomes Leads interdisciplinary rounds and provides clinical guidance to improve care outcomes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Valid, active, and unrestricted medical license Active Board certification in area of specialty Minimum of 3 years full-time medical practice experience in adult primary care 3+ years of leadership experience in Medicare managed care or equivalent
