Medicare Member Service Representative
A company is looking for a Medicare Member Service Representative to provide customer support to Medicare Advantage plan members.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Medicare Advantage members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Participate in member outreach campaigns and collaborate on process improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance, is a plus
AHIP Certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of training completion
